Ethnically Marginalized Youth Empowerment in Kosovo and Bosnia & Hercegovina
Title: Facilitator for Peacebuilding dialogues on December 07-08-11-12-13, 2024

This project is supported by the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2), funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project "Ethnically Marginalized Youth Empowerment in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina" aims to amplify and harness the dynamic potential of ethnically marginalized youth, ensuring their pivotal role in shaping the region's future. Recognizing young people's diversity and challenges, especially among the marginalized, the initiative seeks to foster an inclusive environment where every voice is valued and heard.
The "Peacebuilding Dialogues" activity, scheduled to take place on December 07-08-11-12-13, 2024, is an initiative designed to foster reconciliation and mutual understanding among diverse communities in Kosovo and Bosnia & Herzegovina. This activity aims to address and mitigate the underlying tensions and conflicts through structured dialogue sessions.
These terms of reference aim to define the role and responsibilities of the expert presenter facilitating the whole 5 days workshop. The expert presenter will be expected to deliver a high-quality presentation that covers the following topics:

The assignment will be from on October 07-08-09, October 14-15 with an estimated five working days. The remuneration for the expert presenter will be based on the agreed daily rate, which will determine the selected candidate's project budget, qualifications, and experience. The remuneration will be paid in one installment, a total of 500 euros.

A curriculum vitae highlighting their relevant experience and qualifications (attaching diplomas).
Two - page methodology explaining the method and techniques to be used for conducting the peacebuilding activity, by providing information on the topics, including the draft agenda through incorporation of interactive sessions and practical exercises.
A sample of previous presentation, workshop, or training materials on a related topic, would be an asset.

The selection process will be based on the evaluation of the applications according to the following criteria:
Relevance and quality of the experience and qualifications (70%).
Relevance and quality of the sample presentation materials (30%).
The shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview by 20/11/2024. The final selection will be made by 22/11/2024.
