KCSS Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipality of Lipjan

The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) held an official meeting with the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Lipjan, Mr. Diamant Bytyqi, during which a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Municipality of Lipjan.

The agreement was concluded within the framework of the project “A Generation at Risk: Addressing Youth Violence and Strengthening School Safety through Research and Informed Reform,” implemented by KCSS in partnership with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), Albania.

The cooperation will support research activities in schools, strengthen coordination between local institutions and researchers, and contribute to evidence-based policy recommendations aimed at preventing youth violence and improving safety in school environments.

The project is funded by Open Society Foundations Western Balkans.
