The KCSS, as one of the seven regional partners, contributed in the consolidation of methodology and evaluated seven good governance criteria in the security sector (Police, KSF and KIA): rule of law, executive control, financial governance, general transparency, representativeness, parliamentary oversight and judicial control. The book contains 128 pages and it is divided into eight chapters.
