WHAT’S NEXT WITH THE ARMY?

Spurred by recent discussions about the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force and the initiative to change the mandate of the KSF through the amendments of the existing law, KCSS on Monday 13th of March 2017, has organized a roundtable discussion on "How to proceed with the transformation of the army?".

This round table aims to gather key stakeholders to discuss the future of the KSF, as well as bringing a number of policy-makers, researchers, academics and civil society representatives to discuss alternatives to the transformation of KSF, political consensus on the transformation of KSF, the challenges of security institutions in this process, and the support of international partners in transformation but also in capacity building.
