KCSS and the Prishtina Municipal Directorate of Education Sign a Memorandum of Understanding on School Safety

The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Prishtina Municipal Directorate of Education (MDE), represented by its Director, Mr. Samir Shahini.

This Memorandum establishes a structured framework for cooperation within the project “A Generation at Risk: Addressing Youth Violence and Strengthening School Safety through Evidence-Based Research and Informed Reform.” The partnership aims to support evidence-based research, strengthen institutional coordination, and contribute to the development of informed policies to enhance school safety and prevent youth violence.

Both parties reaffirm their commitment to professional and ethical standards, data protection, and inclusive approaches, with the goal of creating a safer and more supportive school environment for students.
