Open Call for Applications: Researcher – Research Exchange Program (Short-Term Engagement) at KCSS
Are you a dedicated and motivated individual from Bosnia and Herzegovina or Serbia, aged 20-30, with a drive to create positive social change? Are you passionate about research and eager to contribute to impactful projects addressing pressing global issues? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Short -tern Researcher at the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) in the framework of the Regional Youth Partnership - Research Exchange Program.
About KCSS:
The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) is an independent policy research center founded in 2008 in Prishtina, Kosovo. KCSS focuses on security sector reform in Kosovo and the Western Balkans, advocating for good governance, integrity, and resilience. As a Researcher, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with experts and contribute to evidence-based decision-making within a dynamic organization.
Position Overview:
In the Researcher role, you will work closely with senior researchers and community leaders to support KCSS’s mission and research projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful research while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
