KCSS Internal Training & Strategic Planning 2024

From November 1-3, our team gathered for an intensive training, thanks to the generous support of the Smart Balkans initiative! This strategic planning session focused on strengthening our organizational mission and refining our programs for the years 2024-2028.

Key sessions included: 
✅ Presentation of KCSS’s new strategic plan for security, rule of law, and regional stability. 
✅ Training on innovative communication tools and project management to boost team collaboration. 
✅ Deep dive into monitoring and evaluation techniques to enhance our impact in the field.
