Women's Security Forum with participants from Fushë Kosova

Within the activities of the “Building Resilience: Communities against Violent Extremism” project, supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo, Kosovar Centre for Security Studies has organized the Women’s Forum for Security, this time with participants from Fushë Kosova municipality.

Women and girls from this municipality discussed the need for equal inclusion when discussing policymaking and security cases, with a special emphasis on the low numbers of women in decision- making positions on the local governance institutions, especially the lack of representation of women from Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities.
