KCSS Director Florian Qehaja is a Visiting Researcher at Centre for Southeast European Studies (CSEES) of the University of Graz in the period of three weeks. His mobility started from 16th of January until 8th of February 2015. He is under direct supervision of Prof. Florian Bieber, an academic with extensive academic experience in the Western Balkans.
During this mobility, Florian Qehaja is deconstructing the relations between international community and local representatives in the process of security sector development in Kosovo. His research focus is on the concept of local ownership, tested against empirical findings of the Kosovo case study.
