Activity 1: Innovation in Regional Cooperation Workshop
The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies is implementing the project "Empowerment of ethnically marginalized youth in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina" within the Regional Program on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2), which is financed by the European Union and implemented by the Program of the United Nations for Development (UNDP).
The project "Empowerment of ethnically marginalized youth in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina" aims to strengthen and utilize the dynamic potential of ethnically marginalized youth, ensuring their leading role in shaping the future of the region.
Recognizing the diversity and challenges of young people, especially among the marginalized, the initiative aims to foster an inclusive environment where every voice is valued and heard. In the framework of the implementation of this project, the organization wants to organize some activities for which the environment for their development, accommodation and food service for the participants is necessary.
Conditions for participation: All interested entities must submit their offer as provided in the general and specific conditions of this invitation by 20.11.2024, to the e-mail address: [email protected].
Technical specifications:
Description of the product/service/Price/unit without VAT
1. Meeting room with a capacity of up to 20 participants
2. Food and non-alcoholic drinks for 20 participants respectively *1 day (coffee + soft drink + Soup + fish or meat with garnish).
General technical specifications:
The halls must have good conditions for settling the participants, with continuous electricity and air conditioning. The service must be of high quality and at the required times. Lunch for 20 or 30 participants, respectively, must be provided on the premises of the organization of the activity. The provision of this service is required for the period December 2024.
General conditions:
1) Subjects must be regularly registered and licensed with the object of activity of the required services;
2) Registered subjects with activity in the territory of the municipality of Pristina are preferred;
3) Submission of the offer will be made only via email to the organization's address [email protected] by 20.11.2024;
4) The subject's payment is made by bank transfer after receiving the service and issuing the relevant invoice.
In his bid, the bidder must submit complete contact person details. Also, the bidders, in addition to the completed financial offer, which must be in EUR and without VAT, must also present the following documents: 1) License for the exercise of the activity / Extract received up to one day before posting the offer; 2) The financial offer for each product as described above.
The operator who offers the service at the lowest price and in accordance with the technical specifications according to the invitation, will be notified to sign the contract.
