Florian Qehaja is invited to deliver a presentation in Berlin in a conference hosted by Robert Bosch Foundation. The event is part of the Regional Academy for Democracy (RAD) a platform coordinated by the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellent.
The RAD is organising a study visit at the German’s state institutions whereas a separate panel has been organised solely for regional security cooperation. Florian has shared the strengths and weaknesses of regional security cooperation by emphasising the need for regional ownership and organic security cooperation rather than externally driven security cooperation.
