Rudine Jakupi, Researcher at KCSS has participated in the seminar "Understanding the Foreign Fighter phenomen in the Balkans: Insights from Kosovo and Bosnia" organized by the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs on 19th of February 2018.
The purpose of the seminar was to present reasons why some Kosovar and Bosnian citizens have joined foreign conflicts, what were the circumstances that pushed these individuals to these conflicts and what is current situation.
