The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) during February 10-12 held the first planning meeting of the organization for the first half of the year 2023, where KCSS’s staff participated.
The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) during February 10-12 held the first planning meeting of the organization for the first half of the year 2023, where KCSS’s staff participated.
Through eight sessions, this activity was aimed at the internal organization, reporting and exchange of information about completed activities and projects, as well as planning the implementation of activities and projects in the next six months in order to achieve the objectives of the organization in the most professional way .
During this strategic planning, the annual work plan for 2022, the regulation for green policies within KCSS, and the annual report on gender equality for 2022 were approved. Furthermore, during the three-day workshop, the KCSS team identified the needs for capacity building with focus on MEL and communication.
