Kosovar Centre for Security Studies in cooperation with University of Birmingham, on 8th of May 2019 have organized a roundtable discussion with the community of Shtërpca municipality to discuss on security challenges of citizens in the respective municipality.
Through this meeting, citizens, Kosovo Police representatives and municipal authorities emphasized the importance of cooperation between Kosovo Institutions and local communities in reaching a safe and prosper environment. Through this meeting we have identified the security challenges and needs of Shtërpca community, and the steps that need to be undertaken by local, central and law enforcement institutions in improving the security state in this municipality.
This activity is organized in the framework of the project "Increasing the trust between Kosovo Police among Serbian community in Kosovo”, supported by the Balkan Trust for Democracy (BTD).
