RRUGA E KOSOVËS DREJT PROGRAMIT TË NATO-S PARTNERITET PËR PAQE

Supported by Kosovo Foundation for Open Society, the KCSS will soon begin research and advocacy project "Assessing the challenges and awareness of the needs of Kosovo to joining NATO Programme Partnership for Peace". Given the lack of significant research in this field in Kosovo, KCSS for the first time will offer the audience a brief policy document along with advocacy activities in Brussels and Pristina. Moreover, KCSS aims to open a new chapter of research about the North-Atlantic integration processes.

The main goal of this project is to promote an internal debate and external short-term and medium-term perspective in Kosovo context regarding the opening of negotiations with NATO, particularly with regard to Kosovo in the Partnership for Peace (PfP), as a key instrument for peace, regional security and internal stability. Specifically, this project will serve as a platform for advocacy in terms of assessing the challenges of Kosovo and institutional awareness in national and international dimensions of the need for the possibility of its integration into these mechanisms.
