KCSS Executive Director, Florian Qehaja has been invited as speaker at roundtable discussion on Russia’s Role in the Balkans, organized by Columbia University’s Institute for the Study of Human Rights - The Program on Peace-building and Rights, on 2nd of May 2017 in New York, USA.
Panel was composed by Mr. Qehaja, Mr. Dimitar Bechev - Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and Research Fellow at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and was moderated by Mr. David L. Phillips - Director of the Program on Peace-building and Rights and former Senior Adviser and Foreign Affairs Experts to the US Department of State under Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama.
