Kosovar Center for Security Studies (KCSS) on 18 February 2015, hosted a meeting with the delegation of Ulcinj Municipality, composed by Deputy Mayor of Ulcinj, and representatives from the local office of European Integration under supervision of Ulcinj Municipality.
This meeting served as good platform for discussion of topics and opportunities for future cooperation particularly in the implementations of joint activities which will contribute in the increasing the representation of Albaian in the state institutions in Montenegro, particularly in the security, defense and justice institutions in Montenegro, institutions where the representation of Albanians is very low.
Other topics of discussion were also the ideas for future application in the funds of European Commission on topics such as: minority representation in state institutions, the promotion of human rights and freedoms, the process of decentralization in Western Balkans and other important topics which may have direct impact on communities of both countries.
