Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS), on Friday, 10th of August 2018 has signed the new project agreement as a recipient of The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) 2018-2019.
Signed between the KCSS and H.E Ambassador of Canada to Croatia and Kosovo the project "Increasing the trust and dialogue between the Kosovo non- majority communities and law enforcement institutions in Kosovo" aims to foster communication between communities and Kosovo Police in four northern municipalities of Kosovo.
The project will be implemented in the municipality of Mitrovica, Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavic and will address two CFLI thematic priorities: Inclusive governance, including diversity, democracy, human rights and the rule of law and Peace and security, with a focus on conflict prevention and building peace.
