Drejtori i QKSS Florian Qehaja dhe Hulumtuesja e QKSS Sofije Kryeziu morën pjesë në punëtorinë e parë të DCAF Young Faces Network 2012 që temë shtjellimi kishte Mbikëqyrjen e Inteligjencës. Punëtoria u mbajt nga data 4 deri me 5 korrik 2012 në Lubjanë, Slloveni. Z. Qehaja mbajti një prezantim mbi "Përparësitë dhe mangësitë e qeverisjes së sistemeve inteligjente në Ballkanin Perëndimor", duke mbuluar më konkretisht rastin e sistemeve të qeverisjes së inteligjencës në Kosovë.
This was the first capacity-building workshop which was focused on the means and modalities of oversight of the activities of intelligence agencies. The second workshop is expected to take part in December 2012. Particular focus will be placed on the challenges faced by South East European countries in this regard. The aim of the workshops is to help build the foundations for a future security community in South East Europe by identifying, training and providing networking opportunities for young and upcoming opinion leaders from the region. Participants will be asked to write an essay on the intelligence oversight in their respective countries, whereas the five best policy papers will be considered for publication.
