Kosovo Centre for Security Studies on 24 and 25 July 2015 in Brezovica has held semi-annual meeting for the second half of 2015. The idea of this meeting was to evaluate the performance of KCSS for period January - June and to prepare a strategic plan for the rest of 2015.
During the two-day meeting KCSS discussed about: current projects and activities of 2015, fundraising, quality assurance, communication strategy and KCSS assembly.
On the first day of retreat, researchers/project officers have presented, reported and informed collegues for future events and activities that are expected to be realized on behalf of specific projects. Also, the entire staff is committed to the identification of establishing cooperation with new partners. While, in the second part of the day was held a training session for increasing quality of products, whereas the day ended with a discussion on new methods of advocacy.
In the second day of the meeting were assigned new goals and targets in communication, where staff was divided into working groups to complete the process communication strategy.
This two-day meeting ended by signing internal decisions of KCSS by all staff.
