LECTURES WITH PARENTS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL IN GJAKOVA

Vesë Kelmendi from KCSS, was invited by Kosovo Women Initiative to lecture with school parents, about the prevention of violent extremism that leads to radicalization. These meetings were held in all elementary schools, which were present parents, teachers, and the directors of the schools.

Activity was divided into 6 lectures where parents had the opportunity to be informed about the risks of extremist groups, the risks of social networking propaganda by extremists and discussion with parents and teachers how to involve them in preventive measures of violent extremism.

This activity will continue in 2017 with the High School parents in Gjakova municipality.
