PARLIAMENTARY RESEARCH REGARDING THE DRAFT LAW ON WEAPONS.

Kosovar Center for Security Studies (KCSS), with the support of USAID and Kosovo Democratic Institute, has prepared a parliamentary research regarding the Draft Law on Weapons. The draft law sponsored by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is at the discussion phase by the Parliamentary Committee on Internal Affairs, Security and Supervision of the KSF.

Whereas, KCSS has provided suggestions, recommendations and alternatives at some delicate parts of the draft law with respect to possession of weapons for civilian use. KCSS researchers are regularly participating at the working group sessions’ of the parliamentary committee as to discussions of the Draft Law on Weapons.
