KCSS DIRECTOR CONTRIBUTING IN WASHINGTON CONFERENCE

KCSS Director, Florian Qehaja, has been invited to contribute in an international panel organized by the FHI 360 in Washington DC. The conference aimed to identify the key methods and the experiences in identifying the drivers of violent extremism across the globe. Florian did share the methodology applied during the data collection for the purpose of the Report Inquiring Causes and Consequences of Kosovo Citizens Involvement as Foreign Fighters in Syria and Iraq. The KCSS report has triggered great attention among the Washington based analysts, government representatives, think tanks, academia and independent researchers.

In addition to the conference contribution, KCSS Director is meeting number of stakeholders in Washington DC namely in the US Department of State, Think Tank Community and Academic Community.
