Tringa Naka is completing her Executive MBA studies at the University of Sheffield with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Tringa Naka has completed her Executive MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management at the University of Sheffield in Greece. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University for Business and Technology (Department of Management, Business and Economics), with a focus on Marketing and Sales.
She has extensive experience managing teams and maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders in various well-known companies in Kosovo and abroad. This background has strengthened her overall expertise in management and public relations.
Tringa now serves as Head of Operations at KCSS, where she is responsible for finance, communications, and human resources. She first joined KCSS in April 2014 through the Internship Programme, demonstrating motivation and commitment by supporting the organization’s activities. She then advanced to the role of Communications Officer, later becoming Office Manager before taking on her current position.
