Baseline Assessment for the Kosovo Probation Service

This report provides a baseline assessment to identify the challenges facing the Probation Service in managing and supervising convicts of terrorism offenses. Furthermore, the report aims to identify the need for professional capacity building for probation service staff, who handle and oversee the cases of individuals convicted of acts of terrorism.

Currently the report is available only in Albanian language.
