The research methodology of the policy paper “Mapping the UNSCR 1244 Legacy in Post- Independence Kosovo: Between Contestation and Recognition” is based on holistic approach where different international and local stakeholders have been interviewed (UNMIK, OSCE, International Crisis Group, civil society activists). A special annex is presented in order to reflect the overall Map of the International Presence as a legacy of 1244, including the functions and mandates, staffing, budget and the cooperation with Kosovo institutions.
