KCSS has published the Report on the “Functionality, Efficiency and Alternatives of/from Municipality Community Safety Council”
This report is a qualitative product of four month of intensive research work conducted by Kosovar Center for Security Studies (KCSS) research team and in partnership with Geneva Center for Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). It has been officially launched by 6th of May 2010.
