CSO TREATMENT OF WITHIN LABOUR LEGISLATIONS AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS IN KOSOVO

Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) in cooperation with the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) and Balkan Network for Civil Society Development (BCSDN) is implementing the project entitled: "CSO Treatment of within Labour Legislations and Employment programs in Kosovo". This grant is provided under the Balkan Trust for Public Policy (BPPF), and will  directly contribute  to the improvement of environment for development of civil society in Kosovo.

KCSS role in this project is to cover Kosovo context regarding the treatment of CSOs in the Labour Law and Employment programs focusing on these two areas:

• Analysis of the existing legal framework, and to raise awareness for the need to amend the current legislation;

• Analysis of the process of implementation of the existing legal framework in Kosovo by collecting data from CSO members in Kosovo in regard to their working conditions, treatment, complaints and challenges of working in this sector.
