Call for Tender

QKSS invites all registered businesses in Kosovo to submit their bids for the purchase of equipment as follows:

Computers (bidding for 11 devices) with the following specifications:

• Hardware (personal computers: PC Pro 3500mt + monitor W2072a 20-In LED, Intel Core i5-3470 (3.6Ghz, 6 MB), 4GB
• 1333 MHz DDR3, 500GB 7200rpm HDD, DVD +/-RW, Intel HD Graphics, Free DOS, 1y):
• Software (Operating System: Windows, Office Package);

UPS (bidding for 11 devices) with the following specifications:

Power Tree UPS 650 VA, Line-Interactive, Outlets: 3xC13, Input: 130-285V, Output: 230V, Tower, AVR);

• Scanner (bidding for one device) with the following specifications:
• HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf Multifunction Printer (CE841A)

All interested businesses must submit the following documents:

1. Offers (based on these specifications along with the price per unit)

2. Certificate of business registration

3. Certificate of VAT

Documentation enclosed in the envelope should be submitted to the offices of the Kosovo Centre for Security Studies: Str. Suleiman Vokshi 13/3, Pristina, Kosovo. Documentation must be submitted no later than June 16, 2014, 16:00. Any other form of submission of bids will be considered unacceptable.

Selection of winners will be made on the basis of criteria based on the most economically advantageous price. Other related contracting procedures will be based on the Law on Freedom of Association in Non-Governmental Financial Regulation of KCSS and Kosovo accounting standards.
