The Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) in cooperation with the Center for International Studies (CeSI) based in Rome, Italy, are implementing a project entitled “Building Resilience: strengthening capacities of Kosovan in the post-release phase of violent extremists”. The aim of the project is to identify the challenges of correctional and probation institutions in dealing with cases convicted of terrorism and radicalism. The aim of the project to provide recommendations to address the challenges faced by justice institutions in the R&R process.
This project is financially supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, under the supervision of the Italian Embassy in Kosovo.
