Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS), Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP), and Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), will organize a joint regional one-day conference “Security Research Forum Prishtina-Belgrade-Tirana: The consequences of the agreement between Prishtina and Belgrade - security dimension”.
This event will serve as a platform to gather regional independent experts and researchers in Prishtina in the light of the major development in the region: the agreement between Prishtina and Belgrade. The conference will focus on the general consequences of the agreement, specifically on security and justice issues.
The conference will be split in two parts: first panel will be open to relevant actors and media and will be made of each of the organization representative providing views on the challenges, weaknesses and implications of the latest agreement as well as previous agreements. While, the second panel shall be exercise of scenario analysis with only selected number of people, mostly in the area of security and justice. All presentations will be held in English (translation for English, Albanian, Serbian and vice versa will be provided).
