THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL-MILITARY RELATIONS IN KOSOVO

KCSS Researcher Donika Emini has chaired the Military Panel in the framework of the conference entitled “The development of civil-military relations in Kosovo”. The purpose of this conference was to conduct a dialogue between cross-sections of actors in Kosovo. The military panel was mainly focused on the perspective of the KSF for the civil-military relation in the context of Kosovo. The panel discussion was developed with the members the Kosovo Security Force, respectively, Enver Dugolli attache of Kosovo in Albania, Zymer Halimi general at KSF, Nazmi Ibrahimi also general at KSF, Enver Cikaqi general at KSF, and Muharrem Rrahmani colonel at KSF.
