KCSS research and support team composed by Donika Emini – Coordinator, Researchers - Plator Avdiu and Skender Perteshi and Tringa Naka – Communcations officer, are attending the two-day workshop at Transparency International – Programe for Defence and Security, organized on behalf of the project “Monitoring and assessing the integrity in security institutions in Kosovo” financially supported by the Project Promotion of Democratic Society Party (DSP), funded by the Swiss Cooperation Office in Kosovo (SCO-K) and managed by Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF).
The aim of the project “Monitoring and assessing the integrity in security institutions in Kosovo” is to contribute to building trust towards security institutions in Kosovo, by fighting corruption, prevention of fraud and promoting principles of institutional integrity in the Kosovo Police and the Kosovo Security Force.
Through this activity, KCSS aims to build capacities on integrity field for the team engaged on the project. This study visit is organized with the aim to expand the knowledge on the integrity field and compiling the methodology of Special Edition of Barometer with focus on Integrity on Security sector with specialized target audience. To formalize the cooperation, in February 2016, KCSS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding – MOU with Transparency International Defence and Security, London.
