Training with representatives of Kosovo Probation Service

Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCS) has organized today the training with Kosovo Probation Service officials on preventing violent extremism in Kosovo. In this training, KCSS researchers have presented about the context of violent extremism in Kosovo, the early signs of radicalization and violent extremism, risks of spreading of violent extremism in correctional services, and the role of community engagement in preventing of violent extremism. The rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals repatriated from foreign conflicts had a special focus in this training.

This activity is implemented as part of the project "Building Resilience: Communities against Violent Extremism" supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo through the MATRA program.
