STRATEGIC REVIEW OF EULEX KOSOVO: BRAINSTORMING ON FUTURE EU SUPPORT TO THE RULE OF LAW IN KOSOVO

KCSS Executive Director, Dr. Florian Qehaja has attended the roundtable discussion: Strategic review of EULEX Kosovo: Brainstorming on future EU support to the rule of law in Kosovo, which took part in Brussels, Belgium.

The aim of this meetings was to contribute to the EEAS Strategic Review of EULEX Kosovo and its exit strategy, by gathering analysis and recommendations from civil society experts on the rule of law in Kosovo.

More than 25 participants, consisting of European civil society experts working on peacebuilding and rule of law in Kosovo and Brussels-based EU policy-makers from the EEAS and the European Commission (DG NEAR) has attended the discussion organized by Civil Society Dialogue Network (CSDN) a mechanism for dialogue between civil society and EU policy-makers on issues related to peace and conflict. managed by the European Peacebuilding Liaison Office (EPLO) in co-operation with the European Commission (EC) and the European External Action Service (EEAS).

KCSS is member of the EPLO peacebuilding organizations since 2014.
