Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) in cooperation with Humani Centar from Mitrovica, on 5th of December 2018 has organized the roundtable in North Mitrovica titled"Increasing the trust and dialogue between the Mitrovica community and law enforcement institutions in Kosovo".
Through this meeting, citizens, civil society representatives and municipal authorities were informed on the role of Kosovo Police in improving their safety and the importance of the cooperation between law enforcement agencies and local communities in reaching a safe and prosper environment was highlighted. Through such meetings we aim to offer a platform through which citizens and municipal authorities can express their own safety concerns and identify the measures that Kosovo Police needs to undertake to improve the security of the local citizens.
This activity is organized in the framework of the project "Increasing the trust and dialogue between the Kosovo non- majority communities and law enforcement institutions in Kosovo”, supported by the Canada Fund for Local Initiative (CFLI).
