THE ROLE OF MEDIA AND CIVIL SOCIETY IN BRUSSELS’ DIALOGUE

KCSS Researcher, Donika Emini participated in a panel discussion on “Role of Media and Civil Society in Brussels’ Dialogue”. This event was organized in Leposaviq from “New Social Initiative”, BIRN Kosovo and supported from UNMIK Kosovo.

Panelists in event were:

Donika Emini (KCSS), Nenad Radosavljevic (RTV Mir), Nexhmedin Spahiu (TV Mitrovica) and Sanja Sovrlic (RTV Mir).

The main focus of this event was to discuss on the Brussels agreements, the transparency in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and the results of the dialogue in improving the lives of the of the citizens in Kosovo, but also in relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

Among other relevant issues, it was also discussed about the actual debates related to the transformation of Kosovo Security Force into Armed Force, and the involvement of the Serbian minority in the discussions on the transformation.
