KCSS HOSTED A YOUTH DELEGATION FROM SLOVENIA

Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) on 17 May 2016, hosted a delegation from the Republic of Slovenia. Part of the delegation was representatives of civil society and organizations, university students focusing on defense and security. The visit was organized by the Balkan SAYS, a youth oriented international security seminar connecting students and young professionals concerned with important issues of the Balkan region.

During the welcome speech acting executive director of KCSS, Mentor Vrajolli had the opportunity to present projects and activities of KCSS and current state of security sector in Kosovo.

During this meeting, the staff of KCSS had the opportunity to share their experiences with guests from Slovenia. During discussions the group focused their interest on regional cooperation, international presence in Kosovo and violent extremism.
