The Kosovar Center for Security Studies on 19th of December 2014 held the annual retreat for 2015. The main purpose of this meeting was to evaluate the KCSS's performance for the second half of the year from July to December 2014, as well as preparation of the strategic plan for 2015.
Highlights of the meeting were: existing projects and activities for 2015, fundraising, improving the quality of products, communication, re-branding and assembly of the KCSS.
The first part of the day was dedicated to the presentation of projects and activities by project officers/researchers, where each reported and informed staff about their upcoming events, activities and projects as well as opportunities for fundraising. While the second part of the day was focused on a training session for improving the quality of products and for communication methods and strategy.
The KCSS Assembly took place at the end of the retreat where it was discussed and voted about Internal Rules of Conduct.
