KCSS is continuing the implementation of the project "Community Youth Engagement", this project is supported by the Embassy of Netherlands in Kosovo, which in the first phase covered activities with youth in municipalities of Kosovo. The project aims to preventive negative phenomena through education, targeting young people through the "Critical Thinking" platform and empowering them through various activities and activism.
KCSS in September 2018 started the second phase of the project by gathering parents, professors, school directors, Local Council of Parents and representatives of the municipality of Obiliq, to discuss the challenges of youth in the community. Moreover, we encourage that through this platform there is better coordination between parents, youth and professors to find the best practices in preventing violent extremism and raising awareness within communities and schools.
This project is supported by the Embassy of Netherlands in Kosovo and covers six municipalities: Mitroovica, Lipjani. Pristhina, Skenderaj, Obiliq dhe Drenas.
