KCSS Researcher Donika Emini has participated in the first closed debate on Citizens Perceptions on State and Public Institutions, as a part of the five debate cycle on key challenges for the new government. The debate was held under the Chatham House rules and was organized by the Prishtina Institute for Political Studies in cooperation with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung – Prishtina.

While debating on issues such as building and restoring confidence in State and Public Institutions as the key challenges for the new government, Donika introduced the preliminary findings of the Kosovo Security Barometer - Fourth Edition. Her contribution was focused on  overall trust in government and other security and justice institutions. She later continued to elaborate the daily contact that Kosovo citizens have with these institutions and last but not least the question of corruption, which is believed to be one of the key elements influencing the perceptions of Kosovo citizens towards public institutions.
