Kosovar Centre for Security Studies has recently concluded a comprehensive research methodology training program. Led by Ramadan Ilazi, Head of Research at KCSS, the training consisted of three sessions, each focusing on essential aspects of research.
The first session explored different research philosophies, where staff members engaged in discussions and exercises that deepened their understanding of the theoretical foundations guiding their research efforts. The second session delved into the research process, covering topics such as formulating research questions, designing methodologies, and interpretation of findings. Ramadan Ilazi shared his expertise, providing guidance to navigate the research process. In the final session, participants were introduced to various research methods and methodologies, and explored their applicability, and challenges on usage.
